What is the bookmark?
It's a beautiful plain wooden bookmark, smooth to the touch and perfectly sized for little hands. It comes with a silk tassel already attached through the hole at the top, ready to colour, decorate, and make completely their own. There's no design printed on it, so your little one gets to create the design themselves.
What colour is the tassel?
Each bookmark comes with a silk tassel in one of five colours: gold, lavender, dark green, white, or teal. The colour is chosen at random when we pack your order. We can't take requests for specific colours, and we're unable to swap or exchange tassel colours once your order has been placed. All five are equally lovely, we promise!
How do I get mine?
You don't need to do anything extra. Just place an order in our store as normal. If you're one of the first 50 customers, your free bookmark will be included in your parcel when we pack it.
How will I know if I got one?
The bookmark won't appear in your basket or at checkout. That's completely normal, so please don't worry! It's added automatically behind the scenes once your order is placed. Your order confirmation email will show the bookmark listed as a free item at £0.00. If it's not showing in your confirmation, it may mean all 50 bookmarks have already been claimed. We're so grateful for every single order and hope to bring more special offers in the future. 🧡
Do I need a discount code?
No, there's no code to enter. It's added automatically. If you've entered a code and something hasn't worked, please check your order confirmation. The bookmark is separate from any discount codes.
Can I order just the bookmark?
Not as part of this promotion. It's a free gift with a purchase and is not available to buy on its own. You can view the bookmark here to see what it looks like.
When will my order arrive?
Your bookmark will be packed and posted with the rest of your order. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timescales.
