Returns Policy

We offer a 30‑day return period. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Digital downloads are non‑refundable.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Email make_life_shine@outlook.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage for all change‑of‑mind returns.
We do not offer free returns.

Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photo evidence of the damage, packaging condition, and shipping label is required.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
Return postage is covered only for damaged or misprinted items.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
